DELIVERY

Delivery within the Netherlands

P2P Recovery Glasses, individually and as the Day + Night bundle: 1–2 working days.
All other products, including Hyperice, Normatec, Therabody, Game Ready and accessories: 1–5 working days.

These delivery times run from your order and successful payment. If availability changes, we will contact you.

International delivery with PostNL

We ship Recovery Glasses, Hyperice, Normatec, Therabody, Game Ready and accessories internationally where carrier services and local import rules allow. Available shipping options and costs for your products and delivery address are shown before payment. Equipment containing batteries may be subject to additional transport rules. If no shipping option appears, contact us for a suitable shipping solution.

Netherlands delivery times do not apply internationally. The PostNL estimates below are transit times in working days after handover to PostNL, excluding order preparation. Total delivery time consists of order preparation plus international transit. Direct supplier deliveries may use a different carrier; we will coordinate this with you.

These estimates vary by shipping service. Islands, remote areas, public holidays, customs and disruptions may add time. See current PostNL delivery times for all destinations and international service updates. Track & trace will show the latest expected delivery when available.

For destinations outside the EU, import duties, taxes and customs fees may apply. These are payable by the recipient unless agreed otherwise in advance.

Delivery Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and location. For large or heavy professional equipment, delivery costs may vary. Contact us for a specific quote if needed.

Professional & B2B Deliveries

For clubs, clinics and organisations ordering multiple units, we arrange delivery directly. Contact us via our For Professionals page for tailored logistics.

RENTAL DELIVERY & RETURN

Rental equipment is delivered to your specified address within 1–5 working days after confirmation in the Netherlands; international delivery is agreed by destination. At the end of your rental period, we will arrange collection or provide return instructions. For more information, visit our Rental page.

RETURNS

Return Period

For online consumer purchases, you may notify us that you wish to withdraw within 14 days after receipt, without giving a reason. After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to send the product back. You may unpack and inspect the product as you would in a shop. You are only liable for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. Pack the return securely, preferably in the original packaging.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us via our contact page before sending any items back. We will provide you with return instructions.

Return Costs

Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

Refunds

We refund within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice, using the original payment method. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or proof of return, whichever comes first. When you withdraw from the entire order, we also refund the standard outbound delivery costs; additional costs for a more expensive delivery method are not refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately via our contact page with photos. We will resolve this as quickly as possible at no cost to you.
